Social media redefined the color purple in Italy during the last month.  Fed up with the latest actions of Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, the “No Berlusconi Day” movement organized a rally in Rome on Saturday, December 5.  More than 350,00 Italians traveled to Piazza della Repubblica to ask for his resignation.  Their chosen color: purple.
